Perry, wey be Republican congressman from Pennsylvania, talk dis one on Thursday during di first hearing of di Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency. E claim say $697 million every year, plus cash shipments, dey enter terrorist training camps, Madrasas, and groups like ISIS Khorasan.

USAID don face serious questioning, especially from President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, as people dey talk say di agency dey waste U.S. taxpayers' money. USAID never respond to di allegation yet, but di matter don make people dey argue about how U.S. foreign aid dey work and di security risk wey e fit bring.
