FG Tok Say Third Mainland Bridge Go Close for 24 Hours

Federal Ministry of Works talk say dem go close both sides of Third Mainland Bridge from noon on Wednesday reach noon on Thursday.

Mrs. Olukorede Kesha, wey be Federal Controller of Works for Lagos, yan dis one to tori pipu for Lagos on Monday.

She talk say dem close am so dat dem fit continue the work wey dem dey do to repair di bridge.

Kesha yan say na make dem fit do one major part of the work on the bridge.

“Because of dis, Third Mainland Bridge no go open for dis 24 hours wey dey critical. Make all road users try use alternative routes during dis time.

“We still dey beg motorists make dem follow the traffic officials wey dem go put for road, so dat e no go too hard for dem during dis time.

“We dey tank everybody wey dey cooperate and understand, and we dey sorry for any wahala wey e fit bring,” na so Kesha talk.

Lagos State Government sef don talk say dem go close di bridge for 24 hours.

Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, wey be Commissioner for Transportation, yan dis one for Monday for Lagos.

“Make everybody wey dey use road try follow di alternative routes wey we don provide for dis time because Third Mainland Bridge no go dey open for traffic,” na so Osiyemi talk.

E still thank everybody for dia patience and cooperation, talk say dem go get traffic officials for ground to take manage traffic and reduce wahala.
