Award-winning Nigerian producer Pheelz and fast-rising Afrobeats singer Ayra Starr have been nominated for the BET Awards.
Pheelz who has been doing great after taking a big dive into the world of an artist, and also finding the balance needed as a producer, has been nominated for the BET Awards under the Best International Act category alongside Mavin Records Queen Ayra Starr who has been gaining a big momentum after enjoying the success of her album “19 & Dangerous”.
The award is set to take place on the 27th of June 2022 at 1 a.m. West Africa Time. Other Nigerian artists were also nominated, including Wizkid, Tems, and Fireboy DML.
The full list of the BET Awards nominees has been released, Pheelz and Ayra Starr will compete with Guy2Bezbar and SDM from France, Young Stunna from South Africa, and Cleo Sol, and Digga D from the United kingdom.
