Federal Government tok say dem go close Third Mainland Bridge from midnight for Saturday, October 21, reach midnight for Sunday, October 22, sake of repair.
Olukorede Kesha, wey be Federal Controller for Works for Lagos State, tok this one for one statement wey she give on Thursday.
She yan say the 24-hour repairs go dey for the important places wey need attention for the bridge, before dem go do the main repair work.
"To help reduce di wahala wey people dey suffer for di bridge, Ministry go do small repair work for the bad places wey dey di side wey dey go Adeniji on Sunday, October 22 before dem begin the main repair work," Kesha tok.
Federal Controller for Works beg all di people wey dey drive make dem cooperate with traffic officials wey go dey direct traffic as dem dey do di repairs.
She also tok say make people use alternative routes.
