According to di charges, EFCC prosecutor, Rotimi Oyedepo (SAN), and seven other legal representatives file di charges on April 4.
For Count 1, dem accuse am say "Okechukwu Pascal, on February 13, 2024, for Eko Hotel, tamper with N500 currency wey Central Bank of Nigeria issue by spraying am for two hours. Dis na against Section 21(1) of di Central Bank Act 2007." Count 2 accuse am say "Okechukwu Pascal, for 2020 for Lagos during social event, tamper with N500 currency wey Central Bank of Nigeria issue by spraying am for two hours. Dis na against Section 21(1) of di Central Bank Act 2007." Count 3 accuse am say "Okechukwu Pascal, for January 2024, for Lagos during social event, tamper with N500 currency wey Central Bank of Nigeria issue by spraying am. Dis na against Section 21(1) of di Central Bank Act 2007."
