One US court don order di Chicago State University to release all di records wey concern Nigeria president, Bola Tinubu, give him opposition, Abubakar Atiku.

Di Northern District of Illinois Court don give di university 48 hours to bring out all di records to answer di application wey Atiku file.

“For all of di reasons wey dem don discuss before, Atiku Abubakar’s application pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1782 for order wey dey direct  discovery from Chicago State University for use in a foreign proceeding [ECF No. 1] is granted,” Judge Jeffrey Gilbert of the court ruled.

“Respondent CSU go produce all di relevant and non-privileged documents to answer di requests for di production Nos. 1 through 4 (as narrowed by the court) in applicant subpoena in two days of di entry of dis memorandum opinion and order.”

 

Documents to be Used in Presidential Election Challenge

Atiku dey find di documents to show weda Tinubu bin dey admitted to the university true true, weda he fulfilled all di requirements to graduate, and if he forge papers to tok say him graduated from di university.

On 2 August, he apply for di court to order CSU to produce all di documents.

He bin also file order to get di school to check if any of di documents wey Tinubu submit under oath.

Atiku tok say him go use di documents for di against Tinubu’s election as di president of Nigeria. 

Di candidate of di opposition Peoples Democratic Party tok say Tinubu no suppose dey allowed to run for president becos he bin submit fake document under oath wey no follow for di Nigerian Constitution.
