Organized labor, di Trade Union Congress (TUC) and the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC),wey di Trade Union Congress (TUC) and di Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) follow dey don fix Tuesday 3rd October 2023 as di date wey dem go start indefinite nationwide strike.

Na on Tuesday dem announce dis one for di joint news conference wey dem do for di Labour House, Abuja,di two unions don tell dia workes to stop work on dat day.


Di NLC president, Joe Ajaero, explain say di na federal government cause dis indefinite strikeas dem no meet di demands wey di two unions tok.

"Di NLC and TUC met for one session and dem observe say even though disagreement no dey between government and labor on top say serious suffer dey di kontri because of di price of petrol wey go up wey government no provide any means to cushion am ,as dem don abandon di Nigerian people and workers to face poverty wey no get part two" na so he tok.


Comrade Osifo dey tell Nigerians to join di unions rally and protest, to make di government to ease di economic palava wey di the petrol subsidy removal cause.
