A Massive win For Oxlade as He Gets International Record Label Deal
One of Nigeria's fastest rising stars Oxlade has been signed to an international record label Epic Records, an American record label under Sony Music.
The announcement was made 9th of march 2022, when the record label uploaded a 40 seconds video on twitter explaining the rise of Oxlade and how his hit single “Away” was one of the best sound in 2022. “Epic record” is an American record label founded by “Columbia Records”.
Many international artists are under “Epic Records” names like 21 Savage, Ace Hood, Dj Khalid, French Montana, Future, Rick Ross and others.
Epic Records is owned by Sony music Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony corporation of America, and it was founded in 1953.
Oxlade is also expected to release a new single 18th of March 2022, this was also revealed in the video.
This is another massive win for Oxlade and the Afrobeats genre.
