The Iconic Mavin Records boss took to his Twitter page to express his joy and satisfaction on the growth and massive win of Afrobeat across the world. This tweet came moments after superstar artist Wizkid and Tems set a massive feat at the BET Awards, winning the “Best Collaboration” category.
“Afrobeats has never been this busy. You look left and right, home and abroad, there is so much to make you smile with pride. I’m super proud of the game,” he tweeted.
The global touch on Afrobeat is beyond any denial and it feels good to have a legendary music executive like Don Jazzy talk about this feat.
